Account and medicine information
Google sign-in establishes your account. Dosia stores account information and your medicine records, batches, schedules, dose actions, and notification preferences on its backend. One account is one person’s list. Authentication protects access to your records.
Notifications and browser storage
Push notifications require permission and a browser subscription. The app stores theme preferences locally and uses a service worker to cache application resources. Medicine names and reminder details may appear in notifications on your device; consider your lock-screen settings.
Services used to operate the app
The frontend is hosted on Vercel; the API and PostgreSQL are hosted on Hetzner. Google provides sign-in. Enabled email notifications use the configured email delivery service. Public pages do not load third-party traffic analytics in this implementation.
Current controls and open policy details
You can update supported notification preferences and sign out. The app does not currently provide self-service account deletion or personal data export. An operator contact, retention periods, and a data-request process still need to be published by the operator. This overview describes the implementation and does not promise those missing controls.
